At PowerXL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance kitchen appliances. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Appliance

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
